01 · SITUATION

Independent merchants sit on POS data they never see. Square dashboards answer yesterday's questions; nobody has time to build the views that answer tomorrow's. The mandate: a platform a non-technical restaurant owner reads in ninety seconds, deployable across two countries with different privacy law.

02 · SYSTEM

A multi-tenant analytics platform with row-level security isolating every merchant, a live Square integration streaming orders and catalog data, Stripe Connect payments, and a rep portal for the door-to-door sales channel. Canada launched first — PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, and CASL constraints were designed in, not bolted on — then the US portal shipped as a strict mirror.

03 · RESULT

The platform runs live in both countries with paying merchants, a phone-order voice agent on the roadmap wired to the same data spine, and an expansion path into cameras and payments already scoped. It is also the proof of work behind this agency: the team that builds Foundry projects built and operates this.
